Olympic (high bar) vs Powerlifting (low bar) Squats

We went over these two different types of squat about two weeks ago in our weight room.  The guys played with their form, and these two types of squats, to find what worked best for them and their body.  The majority of the guys looked better when they used the low bar technique with a moderate to somewhat wide stance (not a "wide" stance, but wider stance).  It was really fun, because I got to spend more time with every individual, looking at their form and modifying it to fit them.  It looked like the guys were enjoying finding what worked best for them as well.  A few of the guys switched to the low bar squat, and after a couple weeks of training this way, they have moved their working maxes to their highest point to date.

I would like to share a few things with you, that I find to be interesting and educational. (don't take anything you see are read below as fact, and please ask questions if you have them)
