According to our wrestlingstrength.com poll, we would like some more information on nutrition. This in mind, I put together a 3-Step Meal Builder Card/Shopping list this summer. I used a lot of the ideas of Dave Ellis (click his name for his bio) when putting this card together. This card is not the answer nor is it an illustration of what a "perfect" diet should look like, but it is what I am calling the "minimum". Just like we have minimum weights that we have to use during our weight room training sessions, this card is the minimum for your nutrition habits. Similar to the weight room, if you go above and beyond the minimums that we set for you, you will reap greater gains/benefit from doing so. Following the guidelines on this card will help you do a number of things, but I will let you read the card to find out what that is (refer to right hand side of the card).
