(we always say eat a breakfast before you lift and take your shake post lift)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="email"&gt;- getting stronger can help your endurance, in more than one way (we are in the same train of thought)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="email"&gt;- circuits a rarely beneficial.&amp;nbsp;
